We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This is an incredible opportunity to work at the intersection of data analytics, financial modeling, and nextgen reporting tools, including Copilot, Power BI, and large data environments. The team consists of three Finance professionals based in Ann Arbor, and this role reports directly to the Director of Finance.
About You - Experience, Education & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field or equivalent, relevant work experience.
2+ years of relevant financial analysis experience.
It would be great if you also have:
Experience with Netsuite or Oracle (helpful but not required).
Experience with additional data analytics tools or automation platforms.
Experience working with large datasets, data manipulation, and data visualization tools.
Exposure to general ledger systems.
Familiarity with Power BI or similar analytics platforms.
Ability to interpret financial data, recognize trends, and generate meaningful insights.
A passion for process improvement and intellectual curiosity to explore new ways of doing things.
What Will You Be Doing?
Develop and maintain financial models that support budgeting, forecasting, and longrange planning.
Analyze financial data to identify trends and deliver insights that guide business decisionmaking.
Support business case development, investment evaluations, and financial recommendations.
Assist with annual budget planning, monthly close activities, and key reporting deliverables.
Work crossfunctionally to ensure data accuracy between Finance and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to adhoc analytical projects aimed at improving financial performance and efficiency.
Play a meaningful role in the company's transition from current reporting tools to Oracle, helping to modernize and streamline analytics.
About the Team
Our Finance group is a collaborative, datadriven team located in Ann Arbor, with leadership also based locally. This role focuses on transactional financial information and partners closely with internal stakeholders across the business.

Hours of Work
This is a fulltime, permanent position, working standard business hours in your time zone.
This role is hybrid, working onsite in the Ann Arbor office approximately 2-3 days per week.
