We transport members to and from appointments using company vehicles. To qualify for this job you must have the following: Chauffuer's License, CPR + Firsts Aid Training, Defensive Driving Course and PASS training. The Courses above do have a fee for them. Approximately 125.00 to start. All fee's are reimbursed after 90 days of continuous employment.
Applicant must be able to pass background check and drug screening. Must also have a medical statement stating that the applicant can drive to transport members. Also must give Golden L Services concent to order above, and obtain their Champs provider number.
