Summary
The Senior Account Manager serves as a strategic manager and quality control lead, ensuring excellence in client service, internal processes, and execution standards across event and tradeshow projects. This role involves proactive oversight of account deliverables, maintaining client satisfaction, and championing internal compliance with company standards and expectations. The Senior Account Manager will act as liaison on specific account projects by coordinating work with all internal departments; proactively facilitating information between design, detailing, estimating, production, client(s) and Account Director(s), and tracking production and deadlines to ensure continued progress of client workflow. This position requires a high level of independent judgment, decision-making authority, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Applicants must have knowledge and experience in the tradeshow industry.
This position will support our Growth team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:
Philadelphia, PA
Grand Prairie, TX
Ft. Wayne, IN
Royal Oak, MI
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Act as the key point of contact for client accounts, guiding internal teams to meet defined objectives while upholding company quality and compliance standards.
Serve as the primary day to day client contact for assigned projects, ensuring clear communication, adherence to timelines and tracking of approvals.
Ensure alignment with client expectations and budget constraints.
Maintain and update all internal processes, schedules and communications.
Schedule and manage account, design and production meetings (Account Owner to participate depending on size and magnitude of project).
Direct/manage show service requirements with the Client Services Department including coordination of vendors and third party providers.
Manage and process client budget, estimates and invoicing with a focus on accuracy, internal policy compliance, and financial integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
Evaluate performance metrics and contribute to post-event analysis for continuous improvement and client satisfaction tracking.
Project lead on medium to large scale projects per the direction of the Account owner.
Proactively manage the Client's Tradeshow Program per the direction of the Account owner.
Some travel required for on-site support including supervision of installation/dismantle and third-party vendors and meeting all client needs.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required.
A minimum of 6-8 years of account management experience in the tradeshow or related industry.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly with tradeshows, is preferred but not required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
Ability to anticipate problems, pro-actively determine solutions.
Ability to be adaptable and flexible.
Quick intellect and demonstrated ability to produce quality work under tight deadlines.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally (verbal & written).
Ability to work flexible hours under extreme pressure and deadlines.
Ability to manage several projects at one time and changing priorities.
Ability to assume responsibility for completion of projects in the absence of direct supervision.
Strong attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a team player.
Ability to operate within a fast-paced environment.
Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
