Skills: Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on marine or vehicle maintenance, strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with sheet metal, fabrications and heavy machinery. Electrical experience including wiring, soldering, reading schematics and using ohmmeters. Familiarity with rigging techniques and assembly procedures on marine vessels. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, calipers, screwdrivers, and other precision instruments. Ability to interpret technical schematics and diagrams accurately. Experience working in a military or industrial environment is a plus but not required. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Physical capability for heavy lifting and performing maintenance tasks in various environments.
Drivers License is a must.
