Job Description | Sr Project Manager
Core Duties:
* Meet weekly with regional team (internal JLL and Delta) to review outstanding work orders and active projects
* Respond to client requests (acknowledging email received, even if resolution follows) within 24 hours
* Maintain schedule and budget updates on projects including Redensifications, seat utilization, re-sets, decommissions and new furniture procurement
* Manage, coordinate, and track the following Work Orders, in coordination with internal team members (see raci matrix for responsibility by role), within your region relating to:
o Reupholsteries that are not part of a one-off repair
o Redensifications
o Seat utilizations/re-sets
o Decommissions
o Inventory/Assessments
o New projects (as required)
* Redensifications/ Seat utilizations/Re-sets/Decommissions
o Manage full life cycle of work order
o Coordinate with JLL Designer for final design documentation
o Coordinate all site logistics and onsite activities as required for defined scope of work
o Issue project status reports following completion of field activities to DSC Regional PM and JLL Program Lead
o Manage close-out activities
* Inventory/Assessments
o Conduct initial inventory/club intake for existing and future new clubs within your region
o Offboard any decommissioned clubs and associated assets from our inventory based on asset status determination with DCS Team
o Assess all sky clubs within your region after hours (2x/year for hubs and 1x/year for spokes)
o Prepare and issue assessment report to Delta for review and approval, proactively noting items and products that should be replaced or repaired (copy Program Manager on each assessment submission)
o Issue assessment drawing mark-ups to JLL Designer for as-built updates
o Review yearly assessment schedule with Program Lead, on quarterly basis (at a minimum)
o Ensure accurate inventory of warehouse and coordination of the deployment of assets to/from warehouse that affect other Project Managers and in coordination with the JLL Designer
* Reupholsteries
o Review scope and coordinate all work and all site logistics and onsite activities as required for defined scope of work for all reupholsteries that are not one-off reupholsteries (greater than 5 pieces)
* New projects (as required)
o Manage reporting tools (decision/approval logs/project status reports/project minutes)
o Receive final, approved bill of material from JLL designer or DCS Regional PM (varies depending on who is procuring) and process for order entry (if applicable)
o Coordinate all site logistics and onsite activities as required for defined scope of work
o Manage close-out activities, including creating O&M package from furniture dealer, reviewing for completeness and accuracy, and submitting to Delta
o Ensure project is properly maintained and closed out in partnership with the JLL Designer and Project Coordinator
This job description provides the high-level overview of the Sr Project Manager duties. The individual should work with the Program Manager if there are questions regarding their role and responsibility.
