Position: Supply Chain Specialist

Duties: Analyze production KPIs (output, yield rate, downtime, cycle time, scrap) to identify bottlenecks and develop data-driven improvement strategies. Apply ABC Analysis to inventory cycle counts to detect discrepancies, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective measures to reduce inventory loss and improve material accuracy. Engage in continuous improvement initiatives with cross-functional teams (engineering, automation, and quality) to reduce downtime, minimize scrap rate, and enhance productivity using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Collect and analyze production and inventory data, prepare performance and quality reports, and provide insights to management for decision-making. Collaborate with project teams during the early phases of new programs to provide process optimization recommendations that enhance yield rate and efficiency during the sample phase, reduce scrap, and ensure a smooth transition from prototyping to mass production. Monitor daily production operations to identify inefficiencies, ensure compliance with quality and cost standards, and implement corrective actions to optimize performance. Collaborate with logistics department to align production schedules with demand forecasts and safety stock requirements. Support knowledge transfer and best practice implementation by participating in employee training and improvement workshops.
Requirements: Master's degree in supply chain management, logistics management or a closely related field.
