Description We are looking for a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team in Grand Rapids, Michigan. This position involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional support and foster strong relationships within the dynamic machinery manufacturing industry. Responsibilities:
Handle incoming and outgoing business correspondence with accuracy and a focus on detail.
Deliver prompt and friendly customer service to address inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
Actively support business development efforts through cross-selling and referring customers.
Conduct thorough research to address complex customer concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to maintain effective communication and relationships.
Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and manage customer interactions.
Apply problem-solving and analytical skills to identify solutions and improve service processes.
Navigate multiple computer systems and applications to perform daily tasks effectively.
Contribute to a positive and detail-oriented work environment that supports team goals. Requirements - At least 2 years of experience in a customer-focused, goal-oriented environment.
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with CRM systems such as Highrise, Insightly, or similar platforms.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex customer inquiries with a proactive approach.
Outstanding problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
