You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
Creating tools, resources, training, events, and experiences that support growth in the Ancillary business and delight designfocused audiences.
Managing programs that help sales teams and dealers win business, including product and material sampling initiatives and rotating inmarket events.
Collaborating across highly crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless execution of programs and alignment with business priorities.
Improving operational performance by learning and optimizing logistics, workflows, and processes tied to program delivery.
Supporting strategic initiatives that strengthen the Design CVM and enhance engagement with A&D firms, dealers, and internal partners.
Coordinating multiple, competing priorities with strong organizational and projectmanagement skills.
Delivering clear communication and training to internal and external audiences to ensure successful adoption of tools and programs.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, design, or a related field.
1-4 years of experience in business, marketing, brand management, and/or product management.
