About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate instructor to provide therapeutic, rehab-focused yoga and/or Pilates sessions tailored to clients recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or improving mobility. Working closely with our physical therapists , you'll play a key role in helping patients regain strength, flexibility, and confidence in their movement.
What You'll Do:
? Lead one-on-one and small group yoga/Pilates sessions
? Adapt programs for clients with injuries or mobility limitations
? Collaborate with physical therapists to support recovery plans
? Educate clients on proper movement and injury prevention
? Foster a welcoming and healing environment
What We're Looking For:
? Certified Pilates Instructor (Mat/Reformer)
? Experience working with injury rehabilitation or special populations (preferred)
? Strong understanding of anatomy and movement mechanics
? Compassionate, patient, and team-oriented mindset
