RxBenefits is looking for a leader on the digital product team to build digital products and strategy across our customer-focused platforms, including building the product vision and roadmaps for our consumer-facing digital products. This role will focus on product development, adoption, enhancement and consistency of experience via content and messaging. The role is responsible for working cross-functionally across research, experience strategy, UX/UI design, product, technology and other stakeholders within the organization to set the product roadmap for our member portal product and other member-facing products, and to ensure adoption in those products. The successful candidate will be an advocate for the member and other key healthcare stakeholders, and will take a user-centered approach when considering new ideas, products and strategies.
Focus: Member portal and other member-facing interactions
Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
Lead end-to-end product lifecycle for our fast-growing digital products: ideation, requirements, design, development, launch and ongoing optimization.
Create user-focused, value-oriented product roadmaps for the member portal across two companies, in partnership with experience strategists, other product managers and researchers.
Creates compelling visions for the future of these digital products.
Socializes the product visions and generates feedback across internal and external stakeholders (e.g., executive team, benefit advisor partners, clients and prospective clients).
Leads cross-functional teams in feature prioritization workshops for the digital products.
Provides clear recommendations on improving the content and design of our digital products, aligning with human-centered design best practices.
Partners with marketing and account management to lead adoption efforts for digital products, including email campaigns, text message campaigns, etc.
Partners with marketing to understand and enhance our current content on our digital portals.
Defines digital goals for our digital assets, and tracks against those goals.
Provides regular updates on growth and risks associated with the three digital products.
Supports customer-facing updates about our products, in partnership with the marketing team and product leadership team.
Identify new feature opportunities and determines value and backlog priority by understanding the users, brand and competitive landscape.
Works with the business to gather the necessary data to make product recommendations and build business cases for new products and services.
Effectively communicate ideas, information and complex concepts clearly and in a user-centered way, ensuring understanding among different audiences and stakeholders.
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams, gaining buy-in for human-centered design and selling the value for the work being done to improve experience.
Potential to manage a small product team as the product continues to grow.
Required Skills / Experience:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business management, design strategy, or equivalent related work experience.
10+ years of demonstrated product strategy or digital strategy experience in healthcare.
Experience building consumer-facing digital engagement tools with practical application.
Experience in building digital care journey tools.
Experience managing direct reports in the product space.
Excellent communication skills, including the proven ability to build executive-level presentations and business cases for funding requests.
Management experience.
Demonstrated ability to build digital product roadmaps and to market digital products effectively.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Healthcare knowledge and experience.
B2C and B2B experience.
Experience in both product management for digital products.
Experience considering new technologies (e.g., AI) in building product features and roadmaps.
Experience in the concierge or care navigation space.
Master's degree in business, design strategy, or related field.
Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $152 ,000 to $180 ,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals.
