Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager to join our team inHolland, MI.
As a Senior Supply Chain Project Manager you will:
Lead large and complex projects or programs, leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business objectives. Provide expert project management guidance, manage project interdependencies, and navigate complex challenges to ensure successful project or program delivery.
Essential Functions
Lead Project/Program Teams: Lead project and/or program teams, overseeing all aspects from initiation to closure.
Contribute to Project/Program Strategies: With management team, develop strategies to achieve business objectives.
Oversee Project/Program Budgets: Ensure compliance with project or program budgets, allocating resources strategically.
Develop and Implement Project/Program Policies and Procedures: Establish and maintain policies, procedures, and standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
Collaborate With Cross-Functional Leaders: Collaborate with leaders from other departments to align efforts with business goals.
Drive Project/Program Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation, exploring and implementing new technologies, processes, and approaches to enhance effectiveness.
Stay Abreast of Industry Trends and Technologies: Stay informed and apply new knowledge about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in project/program management to maintain a competitive advantage.
Must be able to perform all essential job functions with/without accommodation.
Uses office automation, communication, software, and tools used in Haworth office environment.
Performs other duties within scope as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Suppy Chain, Engineering, Business, or similar field of study.
Work Experience: 5 years experience in supply chain, project management, engineering or simiar (5 years related experience with Master's Degree)
Education Equivalency: Associate's Degree plus 2 years related experience OR 4 years related experience if no post-secondary education

Preferred Qualifications
Strong background in strategic sourcing/purchasing with experience in supplier audits, new supplier selection, onboarding, and driving supplier performance.
Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) programs.
Proven ability to manage complex, crossfunctional programs or projects.
Experience working in a matrixed environment.
PMP or similar project management certification preferred.
CPSM, CPP, or similar supply chain/procurement certification preferred.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and exposure to SAP or similar ERP systems.
