Description
The Program Finance Specialist II is a mid-level position that will support the financial management and reporting of various programs within our organization.
Provide financial recaps to Project Managers (PMs)
Support transmissions/engines by preparing and analyzing estimate at completions (EACs) for all project components including revenues, direct costs for all projects (top and bottom line)
Develop and reporting of program budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Responsible for project billing
Ensure compliance with contractual reporting requirements
Provide financial assistance for both incoming and outgoing business activities, ensuring financial health and LOB strategic alignment.
Collaborate with program teams to track expenditures and identify areas for cost savings
Maintain financial records and documentation in accordance with organizational standards
Monitor program adherence to approved budget
Performs analysis and prepares reports in order to ensure that contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines.
Position Requirements
Associates Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Adminsitration or related field with 6+ years experience
Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field with 2+ years experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Detail oriented with the ability to mange multiple priorities an deadlines
Proficiency in financial software
