Project Coordination & Stakeholder Engagement
- Provide day-to-day support across online learning initiatives through scheduling, documentation, tracking tasks, and maintaining project momentum under the supervision of the Online Learning Content Strategist Senior.
- Coordinate meetings and communications with faculty, academic partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain organized records of partnerships, engagement milestones, and key conversations to foster strong relationships and collaboration.
Reporting, Data Visualization, & Research
- Assist in collecting, validating, and organizing data to support recurring and ad hoc reporting on online learning portfolios.
- Create simple, effective visualizations and summaries for a variety of stakeholders.
- Support benchmarking, market research, and the synthesis of trends affecting online learning and workforce development.
Content Support & Cross-Team Collaboration
- Source, summarize, and organize external research and labor market materials to inform program strategy and potential offerings.
- Contribute creative ideas and support early-stage planning through research organization and insight synthesis.
- Collaborate proactively with the content strategy teams and other CAI teams to ensure aligned priorities and a positive partnership experience.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, program operations, or a related professional role.
- Demonstrated project coordination experience (e.g., managing timelines, organizing tasks, coordinating stakeholders, tracking deliverables).
- Experience supporting stakeholder communications, scheduling, meeting coordination, and documentation.
- Ability to create and maintain structured records (e.g., tracking contacts, relationship notes, action items, and meeting outcomes) requiring strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information clearly and concisely for others.
- Familiarity with the online learning landscape, including common formats and platforms used in higher education and professional learning.
- Experience supporting reporting efforts, including basic charting or light data visualization (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets and/or simple dashboard tools).
- Experience using project management tools (e.g., Asana) to track workflows, timelines, and deliverables.
- Experience working with faculty, subject matter experts, or academic unit partners in a professional setting.
- Independent judgment, reliability, and a proactive and service-oriented approach in a collaborative environment.
Please Note: This is a 5-year term-limited position with the possibility of renewal depending on funding.

The mode of work for this position is Hybrid with a minimum of 4 days in the office per week, Monday through Thursday, with an option of remote work on Fridays. On occasion, you may be required and must be available to work onsite on Fridays if necessitated by our center's policy and domain leadership or by your job requirements.

The salary for this position will be based upon the selected candidate's education and experience.
Salary Information
The general salary range for this position is $65,000 - $75,000. Candidates can expect to be paid a competitive and equitable salary. Factors used to determine salary include education level, experience, knowledge and skills for the position and salaries that are currently established within the unit.
