Job Summary
As an Appointment Scheduler, you'll connect with potential customers, schedule and close appointments, and help ensure our sales team meets its goals. You'll be the first point of contact, setting the tone for a professional and high-quality customer experience.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to follow up on warm leads and handle inbound inquiries
Schedule and close qualified appointments, maximizing show rates
Document call outcomes and appointment details in our CRM
Follow up strategically to increase booked appointments
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
What We're Looking For
Competitive, results-driven, and motivated by performance-based earnings
Comfortable making a high volume of calls
Strong verbal communication; confident and persuasive on the phone
Tech-competent with CRM systems and multi-screen workflows
Coachable, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Prior call center, appointment setting, or inside sales experience is a plus
Weekend availability required
