What We’re Looking For:
- Machining experience is required — must understand machining processes, tolerances, and how to read blueprints
- Experience in a manufacturing quality role; inspection experience in non-manufacturing industries (food, packaging, etc.) is not applicable
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to focus on repetitive or complex tasks
- Comfortable working with precision measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings
- Reliable eyesight and ability to perform visual inspections to aerospace standards
- Excellent documentation habits in a controlled, compliance-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and sit/stand for periods of the shift
