Required & Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in a manufacturing, engineering, or technology-related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 10+ years of successful CMM programming and inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong, hands-on experience with CMM programming and Zeiss Calypso (required)
- Working knowledge of CAD systems (Camworks, Mastercam or equivalent)
- Advanced understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T (ASME Y14.5)
- Experience using precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, pin/thread gauges, indicators, height gauges, optical comparators)
- Working knowledge of machine design, tooling, fixturing, work-holding, and inspection setup techniques
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- Ability to train and mentor others effectively
- Eligibility to work with sensitive controlled data and materials in accordance with ITAR requirements
