Job description:
* Lead, management and report-out of Calibration Activities (Project management) on several Propulsion Systems Programs.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Financial rollups
* Timing development
* Issues/Risk management
* Project report-outs including Directors & Management Reviews
* Lead cross functional teams (through program management and control team meetings)
* Lead Quality Gate Reviews
Basic qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive) or a related degree.
* Minimum of 5 years of program management experience, with specific automotive programs (propulsion, vehicle development, calibration, etc.)
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
* Ability to lead cross functional teams
* Ability to set stretch goals, create/sustain energy, and drive results
* Drives change where necessary to bring projects to fruition
* Ability to communicate effectively to senior management
* Demonstrate strong business acumen and results orientation
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master of Business Administration
* 5 years' experience with automotive OEM or supplier with relevant expertise described above
* PMP Certified
