Hybrid Eligibility:
Candidates will be eligible for a hybrid schedule after completing 30 full days of taking calls. Hybrid work may begin in April.
Hybrid schedules is 3 days work from home and 2 days onsite.

Role Overview
The client is
expanding their Claims customer service
representative. This is a high-level call center role focused primarily
on homeowner claims. Call durations can
range from 1 minute to 45 minutes, often
involving customers who are frustrated due to delayed repairs or held funds.
Responsibilities
Handle approximately 40-50 inbound calls per day, depending on call length
Assist customers with existing homeowner claims
Navigate multiple systems to research and resolve inquiries
Use claim tools to provide accurate and timely information
Handle escalated calls when necessary
Serve as a liaison between Proctor, homeowners, and lenders
Maintain professionalism while managing upset or frustrated customers
Document all interactions and updates in the claim system
Make outbound calls as required
Apply strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
Required Skills
Customer service

Contact center experience
Mortgage or insurance knowledge (preferred)
Bilingual (Spanish preferred)
Must-Have Qualifications
Working cellphone with active service (required for dual authentication)
1-2 years of call center experience (preferably in escalations, claims, or insurance)
Ability to handle difficult and high-pressure conversations ("thick skin")
Proficient with Windows PCs and navigating complex systems
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliable transportation (references will be checked)

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr.
