Clean Dreams LLC is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Administrative Coordinator / Estimating Assistant to support our growing construction and environmental services division.
This role is ideal for someone with construction office experience who understands project documentation, estimating support, contracts, and construction workflows. The position supports project managers and leadership in preparing bids, managing documentation, and coordinating active projects.
This is a critical internal position supporting estimating, contract preparation, and project execution.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist with preparation of construction bids, estimates, and proposals
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents
• Support contract preparation, document tracking, and compliance
• Use project management software such as Procore, BuildingConnected, or similar platforms
• Coordinate project documentation, schedules, and internal tracking
• Maintain organized digital and physical project files
• Communicate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders
• Assist leadership with administrative and operational project support
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience working in construction, facility services, or related industry
• Familiarity with construction drawings, scopes of work, and estimating
• Experience with Procore, BuildingConnected, or similar construction software preferred
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Professional communication skills
