Position Summary: The Industrial Painter / Assembler will be responsible for painting industrial
equipment, using enamel and epoxy material as well as assemble equipment according to
specifications and drawings.
Duties / Responsibilities:
• Painting industrial equipment, using enamel and epoxy material
• Sandblasting
• Assembles machinery, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, fan assemblies, motors, pumps, piping, mount
conduit, pull wire, and more according to directions.
• Read blueprints schematics, and build to those specifications
• Uses various machines, fork lifts, overhead cranes and hand/power tools to accomplish assigned tasks
• Performs other related duties as assigned
Essential Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience painting industrial equipment
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
• Properly maintain and perform basic repairs on equipment
• Basic ability in measuring equipment, reading, or writing
• Ability to weld is a plus
Education and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
Physical Requirements:
• Prolonged periods standing and performing tasks
• Must be able to lift up to 20-30 pounds
• Must have manual dexterity to assemble products and machines
• Ability to differentiate between colored wires, tabs, and electronic components
