What The FP& A Manager Will Do:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes
Build and enhance complex financial models to support pricing, capital investments, and growth initiatives
Partner with operations, sales, and leadership to drive margin improvement and profitability
Deliver actionable analysis around cost structure, KPIs, and performance trends
Support strategic decisions including product mix, capacity planning, and commercial investments
Develop dashboards, reporting tools, and process improvements to elevate FP& A capabilities
Present insights and recommendations directly to executive leadership

Requirements
5-8+ years of FP& A or finance experience, ideally within manufacturing or product-based environments
Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills (scenario analysis, sensitivity modeling, business cases)
Proven track record influencing strategy and driving business decisions through analytics
Experience partnering cross-functionally with operations and commercial teams
Strong communication skills with the ability to tell the story behind the numbers
Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or related field (MBA or CPA a plus)
