Job Details

Conduct in-depth analysis of SR (Specification Request) and SOR (Statement of Requirements) documents; Participate in crossfunctional SR/SOR review meetings to assess customer technical requirements and provide validation input; Evaluate the feasibility of performing validation activities based on customer specifications and available test infrastructure; Review base design concepts and any incorporated innovative technologies associated with each development program; Analyze design modifications received during each Design Review (DR) phase for implications on validation and testing; Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify potential failure points, assess risk, and develop mitigation strategies prior to test execution; Execute the advanced development validation (ADV) plan defining all customer-specific validation requirements; Monitor ongoing validation tests to ensure adherence to the approved ADV plan, etc.
