Design and administer employee engagement and satisfaction surveys and analyze results to identify drivers of morale, retention, and performance; propose and implement wellness and team-cohesion initiatives based on data insights; develop and deliver training workshops on effective communication, conflict resolution, teamwork, and productivity; partner with supervisors to create targeted interventions and continuous feedback mechanisms; support recruitment by contributing to interview frameworks and evaluating candidates for adaptability and cultural fit; coordinate onboarding and workplace integration for new hires and expatriate staff, facilitating collaboration between U.S. teams and global headquarters; assist with the development, communication, and administration of HR policies aligned with U.S. workplace requirements and company standards; support internal audits and maintain adherence to workplace compliance regulations and ethical labor standards; build HR metrics and dashboards and prepare reports and recommendations for management.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Human Resources, Psychology, or a closely related field.
