Responsible for serving as the primary point of contact for clients in automotive and industrial automation, and other sectors; oversee the delivery of outsourcing services for specialized technical roles, including Control Engineers, Robot Programmers, Hardware Designers, Electricians, Mechanics, and Project Managers; responsible for client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, addressing concerns, and coordinating project execution; lead negotiations; conduct strategic sales and business development, including identifying new leads, negotiating contracts, and closing agreements with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers; perform pipeline development, revenue forecasting, and reporting to executive management; provide strategic planning, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, and compliance for cross-border outsourcing operations (compliance, vendor creation, logistics) between the US, Mexico, Canada, and occasionally Europe, ensuring efficiency and profitability in projects; lead cross-functional teams to ensure technical and commercial project requirements are met; utilize cost-benefit analysis, strategic sales planning, quality assurance, supplier negotiation, Customer Relationship Management, vendor management, estimating, financial reporting, profit analysis, and budgeting to perform duties; analyze market trends, competitors, and client data to offer insights and solutions that support client growth; maintain accurate records of contracts, invoices, and client documentation; strengthen relationships and establish high-level business partnerships; secure new contracts, expand accounts, and negotiate rates and terms while balancing profitability and client satisfaction; contribute to pipeline management and revenue forecasting, providing data-driven reports to senior management; collaborate closely with the outsourcing team to ensure seamless project execution, rapid integration of engineers, and compliance with client standards; and address client concerns promptly, offering customized solutions that enhance long term trust and partnerships.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, International Business, or in a related field of study (will accept equivalent foreign degree);
Experience: Two (2) years in the position above, as an Account Manager, as a Business Developer, as a General Director, as a Logistics Specialist, as a Sales Representative, or in a related occupation;
