Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Diesel Mechanic to perform preventative maintenance, diagnostics, and complex repairs on a wide variety of construction equipment and heavy-duty trucks. This role ensures maximum equipment uptime, providing crucial support both in our well-equipped workshop and in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnostics & Repair: Utilize diagnostic software and hand tools to troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical issues on diesel engines, transmissions, braking systems, and powertrain components.
• Preventative Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks such as oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, and track tensioning.
• Field Service: Travel to job sites to diagnose and repair equipment breakdowns in the field.
• Welding/Fabrication: Perform welding and fabrication to repair or modify equipment components.
• Documentation: Accurately document all repairs, maintenance, and parts usage through our digital work order system.
• Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
