Job Summary

We specialize in robotic laser cladding, advanced repair technology, and precision manufacturing. This role focuses on ID and OD laser cladding setups, requiring strong mechanical aptitude, precision alignment, and ownership on the shop floor.
This is not a push-button operator position. We are building a high-performance team and want someone who brings energy, accountability, and a growth mindset.
Responsibilities
- Operate robotic laser cladding systems in a production environment
- Set up and align parts for ID and OD cladding processes
- Work with rotational fixtures and precision workholding
- Monitor production and maintain quality standards
- Support setup improvements and process efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Collaborate with programming and operations leadership

Preferred Experience
- Machining setups or rotational workholding
- Robotics or automated manufacturing
- Welding, fabrication, or mechanical assembly
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
(Lathe-style setup experience is helpful but you will not be operating a lathe.)
