Goosehead Frolka Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated Insurance Sales Representative to drive new business through proactive lead generation and relationship-building. This role is responsible for creating a consistent pipeline of prospective clients using outbound outreach, networking, and digital engagement strategies. A Property and Casualty (P&C) insurance license is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook)
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and referral partners to support ongoing business growth
- Conduct needs assessments and present appropriate insurance solutions
- Manage and track leads, activities, and follow-ups using CRM systems such as Salesforce
- Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly prospecting and sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service to support client retention and referrals
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Sales, customer service, or insurance experience preferred
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach (calls, emails, and social media)
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems and digital tools
