Our client, a leading organization in building maintenance and facility management, is seeking a dedicated Mobile HVACR Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVACR Technician , you will be an essential part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting operational excellence. The ideal candidate will demonstrate technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Mobile HVACR Technician
Location: Sault Sainte Marie, MI
Pay: $34-$38/hr.
What's the Job?
Operate, inspect, and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and production equipment in assigned facilities.
Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repair work orders to ensure optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
Conduct inspections and repairs of interior and exterior property areas, including walls, flooring, fixtures, roofing, and lighting systems.
Troubleshoot and repair complex HVAC and refrigeration systems, applying technical expertise to resolve issues efficiently.
Utilize CMMS systems such as Corrigo to document work performed and update work order statuses in real time.
What's Needed?
Universal EPA certification.
Minimum of four (4) years of technical experience in building engineering, with a strong background in HVAC/R, plumbing, electrical, and equipment maintenance.
Experience troubleshooting and maintaining commercial refrigeration and supermarket refrigeration systems.
Willingness to join UFCW 951 and perform call-in work as required.
Valid state driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles safely.
