Vac Truck Operator
The Vac Truck Operator is a very important team member at M & K Jetting and Televising. They are responsible for:
• Safely driving trucks to jobsites
• Operating vacuum equipment for tasks e.g. sewer jetting, hydro-excavating, structure cleaning, tank cleaning
• Safe and responsible disposal of debris tank contents
• Reading sewer maps/prints
• Directing laborers
• Minor maintenance of the truck
• Keeping the truck clean
• Maintaining tools assigned to trucks
• Supporting our goal to maintain a safe work environment
Our operators may also help as laborers on other projects and help to keep our shop clean and organized.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, CDL Class B with Tanker and Airbrakes endorsements. Clean driving record.
Required Skills: Time-management, safe driving, common sense, measurement, safety awareness
Experience: Experience is welcomed, but not required
Work Environment/Location: Our operators work all over Michigan. Generally, the operator will meet with their laborer at our shop in Jackson to prepare for their assigned job and then head to the jobsite.

Schedule: Predominantly 1st shift with a variety of start and end times depending on the assigned job. Full time positions offered with overtime opportunities. Rotating on-call shifts required after training.
