Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
- Experience in metal fabrication and/or defense industry preferred.
- Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
- Working knowledge of military standards is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems strongly preferred.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Must pass background check and preemployment physical which includes breathe alcohol and drug test.
