We're seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy maintenance technician to support our Facilities Team. This role focuses on completing short work orders efficiently, maintaining accurate records, and delivering excellent customer service, with occasional support on larger projects. You'll work alongside a licensed HVAC technician/plumber, licensed electrician, and controls technician, with opportunities for cross-training, professional development, overtime occasionally available for project work, and strong company benefits.
Low skill HVAC and plumbing corrective and preventive maintenance work orders
Filter changes, greasing motors, changing fan belts, p-traps, and more
Receive, open and close work orders
Maintain supply and tool storage areas
Various administrative tasks as needed

High school diploma, valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Be able to work Monday through Friday, 7 am to 3:30 pm and participate in the on-call rotation
1 or more years experience on a commercial HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical or other maintenance team
Basic understanding of commercial HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems and safe behavior in an office and lab environment
Ability to read and understand building plans
Ability to learn quickly through online trainings and instruction from licensed maintenance staff
Must be organized and proficient in time management
Proficient in using a computer, the Microsoft office suite, work order systems and using a smart phone for work tasks
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and climb a ladder
What we offer:
- Total Rewards: We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career . The estimated salary range for this position is $56,000 to $72,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 5% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday including floating holidays (12 days) and sick time off (72 hours).
