Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front office operations, including tenant accounts, payments, filing, and record keeping
- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and complaint resolution
- Manage third-party platforms, such as UHUAL truck for rentals
- Operate and manage self-storage software (Sitelink), reports, and deposits
- Monitor facility grounds, gate access, and compliance with safety and self-storage regulations
- Coordinate with vendors and groundskeepers to maintain cleanliness and security
- Anticipate and resolve operational issues proactively
- Support leadership initiatives and shadow management on higher-level responsibilities
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of commercial or industrial experience
- Associate's Degree (minimum) in Retail, Inventory/Warehousing management, Operations, or related field
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, in-person environment
- Technical proficiency and the ability to learn new systems quickly ie. Microsoft, Excel, and PowerPoint
