The Role:
We're looking for a Manufacturing Engineer to help drive innovation, efficiency, and continuous improvement across our production operations. This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys optimizing processes, solving manufacturing challenges, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve performance.
What You'll Do:
Project Management
Support and lead manufacturing projects from concept through implementation
Develop and maintain project timelines, action items, and deliverables
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align manufacturing goals with business needs
Provide project updates, identify risks, and recommend mitigation actions
Lean & Process Optimization
Apply Lean manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and improve productivity
Participate in and support Kaizen events, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement initiatives
Conduct process reviews and implement data-driven improvements
Support standard work development and process documentation
Material Flow Optimization
Analyze and improve material flow throughout manufacturing operations
Support the design and implementation of efficient material movement systems
Partner with production and logistics teams to reduce bottlenecks and improve throughput
Track and report KPIs related to efficiency and flow
Quality & Cost Management
Support quality control standards and manufacturing best practices
Use basic statistical methods to monitor and improve process performance
Participate in CAPA activities and ensure compliance with applicable standards
Identify cost-reduction opportunities through improved processes and layouts
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams
Support the evaluation and implementation of new tools, equipment, and manufacturing technologies
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
What You'll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related filed
2 plus years of experience in manufacturing environment
Experience with manufacturing process, process improvement, and production support
Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Proficiency with CAD and manufacturing-related software
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Hands-on mindset with desire to learn, grow and contribute.
