Eaton's Corporate Sector division is currently seeking a Senior Principal IT Integration Management Office. The expected annual salary range for this role is $158000 - $232000 a year. This position is also eligible for a variable incentive program.

Job Summary:
Initiate, Plan, Control, Execute, and Close integration project Program deliverables following Eaton-prescribed process, ProLaunch and Eaton Acquisition & Divesture PM Playbooks, to ensure business integration objectives are met. The PM integration program leader will manage multiple work streams within a Program reporting to the IT Mergers and Acquisition Leader for projects that may require large internal and external consulting efforts. RFP/SOW/Contract. Engagement of SCM and the IPO in Ireland is critical.
The IT Integration Management Leader is responsible for orchestrating the seamless integration of systems, processes, and teams for our acquisitions. This role ensures alignment across stakeholders, drives synergy realization, and mitigates risks during integration efforts. The role will be responsible for IT integration for various workstreams and focus on overall success factors. This role will be focused on the Boyd Integration and will also lead the Integration Management Office to ensure consistency of delivery and value across all mergers and acquisitions. They will act as a coach to the various integration leaders and program managers to drive consistency of approach and execution.

Job Responsibilities
Initiating and Planning
Draft the project charter; ensure requirements are aligned with the scope and approved by the sponsor
Work with resource managers to staff projects. Define and communicate roles for project team
Develop the project plan with direct input from stakeholders that details the work break down structure, critical path, resources, and effort. Ensure stakeholders are committed to the plan
Establish project budget; capital hardware, software, and labor; expense labor and non-labor
Develop communication strategies with key stakeholders
Develop risk management plans; identify risks and develop respective mitigation and contingency plans. Define the risk reserve and incorporate it into the project plan
Execution and Control
Manage employee, contractor, and supplier deliverables to ensure the project is completed on time per the schedule approved at Gate 2
Manage quality of the deliverables. Ensure all requirements have been validated (i.e., traceability matrix) and ensure the user acceptance tests have been developed, approved, and executed to successful completion prior to going live
Manage the project budget; track effort and green dollar spend; correlate actuals and forecast to the plan (burn rate)
Lead communications with key stakeholders. Monitor and report on schedule and budget variances. Ensure all communications related to implementation are completed
Document and drive issues through resolution; escalate to customer, supplier, and Eaton management as necessary
Continually manage risk to reduce the impact or likelihood of occurrence
Develop and manage the implementation plan including production verification. Manage issues at go-live and through warranty period
Closure
Ensure sign-off on all major system deliverables by stakeholders
Ensure all invoices are received and processed
Ensure smooth transition to support and that the CMDB is updated
Lead and document lessons learned with all pertinent stakeholders, review missed estimates with resource managers
If a capital project, ensure CAR is closed
Drive smart execution - Understand key priorities and strategic initiatives of the operation/function in order to identify the appropriate use of technology and supported processes within operations to meet the strategic objective.

Align with Corporate M&A and IT on the M&A roadmap, opportunities & risks.
Engage and update the IT SLT on priority and needs for M&A project.
Develop with the BRM lead & IT M&A Director, the IT strategy and roadmap for integration.
Work with the IT M&A leads to ensure delivery is on track and provide support on the Acquisition Integration Framework.
Continuous improvement on M&A processes and communication.
Tactical Responsibilities:
Act as Integration Management Office for all IT Integrations.
Facilitate communication between all IT team executing tasks (Infra, Cyber, EA, Application Deployments/Upgrades, Data Integration)
Ensure the following items are completed during the integration (Teams Migration, Network Migration, Finalize long term engineering roadmap, ensure Data Integration strategy is completed, US Payroll/Benefits, Migration of Time & Labor Solution, determine roadmap for Industry 4.0, finalize commercial strategy, Upgrade to latest version of supported ERP.) Roadmap subject to Change & Expand
Change Management
Monitor and manage change processes, issues, and alerts.
Responsible for IT Cultural integration, change management process and Organizational design
Drive end-user adoption of new systems and processes.

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience leading cross-functional teams and business focused transformations, ability to influence across the organization in complex business environments.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience working as a Project Manager
No relocation is offered for this position. All candidates must currently reside within 50 miles of US Eaton hub location.

Preferred Qualifications:
Master's Degree
Expert-level role with comprehensive, deep experience across one or more fields of expertise.
Experience leading integration or divesture
Advanced to SME understanding of some of Eaton key application(s) and/or IT Infrastructure.
Advanced to SME understanding of the IT Strat Plan and its integration and impact points of involved systems globally for a division or function.
Can understand the integration and interdependencies between projects Intermediate to Advanced technical knowledge and solid understanding of computer hardware and software, data management, application programming, data communications, operating systems, utilities and data security.
Advanced understanding of project budget management and experience managing internal and external labor budget for projects along with ability to manage third party invoices for software or services for projects.
Ability to manage capital spent on projects. Ability to manage relationships with consulting partners on project.
Ability to communicate and present project status at an executive level within and outside of IT.
