Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rebar Cage Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a great attitude and be able to work with others as well as independently as well as have the ability to be sufficient in their work. Have experience working in a factory or warehouse environment and possess mechanical knowledge to effectively assemble various components. This role is crucial in ensuring that our products meet quality standards and are assembled efficiently.

Responsibilities

· Assemble components according to specifications and blueprints, ensuring accuracy and quality.

· Operate hand tools safely and effectively during the assembly process.

· Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production goals.

· Conduct quality checks on assembled products to ensure compliance with company standards.

· Maintain a clean and organized work area within the manufacturing facility.

· Assist in the assembling of parts as needed, demonstrating flexibility in tasks.

· We need insure in a positive and fun work environment as well as self-motivator

Qualifications

· Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.

· Proficiency in using hand tools relevant to assembly tasks.

· Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.

· Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality output.

· Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.

· On time attendance is a must (hours are 6:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.)
