The Cross-Brand Media Analytics Manager is responsible for leading cross-channel media and digital creative measurement to ensure campaign strategies align with business objectives. This role oversees digital media analysis, develops measurement frameworks, and delivers insights that inform performance optimization and strategic decision-making across Stellantis brands.
You will partner closely with internal teams and agency partners to evaluate brand health, assess inmarket performance, and identify opportunities that strengthen marketing effectiveness. This position plays a critical role in shaping marketing objectives and strategies by helping teams articulate key business issues, close knowledge gaps, and leverage insights to drive growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Educate internal and external stakeholders on research methodologies, tools, and best practices
Develop and implement research approaches to address complex measurement challenges
Build and execute "test and learn" measurement roadmaps aligned with business goals
Demonstrate strong command of media concepts, metrics, and media plan execution
Support audience analytics, including precision audience development and insight generation
Collaborate with brand research, insights, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with brand and business priorities
Lead measurement efforts focused on media effectiveness, brand health, and consumer behavior to inform optimizations and future planning
Provide guidance on media targeting and budget allocation to maximize investment efficiency
Oversee integrated campaign performance analysis across media, brand, and business metrics
Evaluate and manage data partners, identifying innovative approaches to enhance measurement capabilities
Manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment while meeting deadlines
Build and maintain CDP and thirdparty audiences for media targeting and creative personalization
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
8 years of digital or interactive experience with a focus on analytics, reporting, and performance measurement in an agency or corporate environment
Proven ability to manage and deliver analytic projects to diverse stakeholders
Experience across the full campaign lifecycle, from planning to execution and performance evaluation.
Strong understanding of digital media channels, including display, search, video, and paid social
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights
Proficiency with analytics and reporting platforms such as Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and Looker Studio
Familiarity with ad servers (e.g., Google Campaign Manager 360, Innovid) and Dynamic Creative Optimization (DCO) tools
Knowledge of tag management systems (e.g., Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager) and data layer implementation
Understanding of programmatic ecosystems, including DSPs and verification tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Bonus experience: marketing attribution models, privacycompliant tracking, serverside tagging, and dealerlevel media execution
