Our client in Alma, MI is seeking a dedicated General Production professional to join their team. As a General Production team member, you will be supporting the industrial department, contributing to efficient and high-quality assembly. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: General Production
Location: ALMA, MI
Pay Range: $17.50
Shift: 6 am to 2:30 pm
overtime can be heavy and include Saturdays
What's the Job?
Upholstery Production Operator and under the boat wiring candidates needed
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment
Follow established installation and quality methods, procedures, and guidelines to ensure consistency of work
Read order-specific job travelers and engineered drawings to produce orders to specifications
Upholstery Production operator uses various hand tools, stapler, and industrial steamer to complete furniture pieces
Under the boat wiring candidate must possess prior wiring experience
Complete all job duties within given time constraints and perform other duties as assigned
What's Needed?
High school diploma or GED
Attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to notice errors and defects with good visual judgment
Ability to accurately read a tape measure and follow instructions
