The Business Analyst Finance Intern will provide support to the Business Development and Accounting teams. This will be accomplished through assistance in daily tasks as well as a focus on projects to improve ABT processes and systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Provides administrative support to the Business Development team members
Conduct research of the market to determine trends in customer spending and Department of Defense funding
Interpret complex data into well thought-out and designed infographics and maps
Coordinates other projects as assigned by Management
Assists the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions as needed
Gathers information and provides required reports (including Labor Spend, Materials Spend and Inventory) to Management and other departments
Helps provide analysis of data to Management
Helps create and provide ad hoc reports and analysis as requested by Management and other departments
Assists Accounting Department with various Accounting projects
Performs other tasks as requested by Manager
Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years college completed, working toward degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting or relevant degree
Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, including proficiency in Excel
Self-starter requiring minimal supervision
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated attention to detail
