About the Role
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Lab Technician to support manufacturing operations in the areas of Surfacing, Finishing, and Coating . This role plays a key part in ensuring high-quality production output while following all established procedures, safety guidelines, and compliance standards.
You will be working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment where accuracy, consistency, and strong attendance are essential. If you enjoy technical work, staying active throughout the day, and being part of a production team, this role is a great fit.
Responsibilities
Perform daily tasks within Surfacing, Finishing, and Coating departments according to established standards.
Follow all company procedures and regulatory guidelines to ensure safety and compliance.
Operate equipment and tools used in the manufacturing and finishing processes.
Inspect products for quality and accuracy throughout production.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Meet production quotas and performance expectations.
Maintain regular, punctual attendance.
Work overtime as required based on production needs.
Qualifications
Ability to perform all essential job duties satisfactorily.
Comfortable working in a manufacturing or laboratory environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
Good manual dexterity and ability to stand, move, and perform repetitive tasks.
Willingness to work overtime when needed.

Pay Details: $17.58 per hour
