Daily transportation will be provided from a central location to and from worksites in the following counties: Oakland, Wayne, Macomb, Livingston. 22 Laborer positions available. Temporary, full time position from 05/01/2026 through 10/31/2026, 7:00 AM -4:00 PM, 40 hrs/week, overtime varies, Monday-Friday, some weekends as needed, schedule varies, end times vary. Workers will be paid Weekly at $19.93-$25.00/hr, $29.90-$37.50/hr OT. Raises/bonuses at employer's discretion. Cut grass, trim edges, blow trimmings, planting, perform lawn care duties, operate power equipment and tools for landscape projects, aid in loading/unloading plant materials and landscaping materials. Able to lift 50lbs. Must be able to work in inclement weather and extreme temperature. In accordance with applicable Michigan state law, Earned Sick Time Act 338, employers are required to provide earned sick time to their employees. The amount of paid sick leave provided may vary depending on the size of the business. No experience required, will train. Employer may make payroll deductions at employee's request. Employer facilitates voluntary housing arrangements upon worker request along with corresponding payroll deductions, $105-$195/week for rent. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. The employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies and equipment required to perform the job. If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, employer will arrange and pay directly for initial transportation and subsistence costs from the place of recruitment to the place of employment for those traveling from such a distance they are not reasonably able to return to their residence each day. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, employer will provide or pay for worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $16.28 per day during travel to a maximum of $68.00 per day with receipts. H2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, & other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
