Education / Skill / Experience Requirements:
- 4-yr College degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering and preferably a minimum of 3 years experience in the automotive field.
- Automotive parts assembly experience preferred with 0-2 years experience in the assembly of modular component systems. Must have working knowledge of manufacturing processes and knowledge of Quality Assurance Techniques with emphasis on Manufacturing Processes Problem Solving and Automotive Quality Requirements.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing is preferred.
- Excellent oral/written communication, presentation, reporting, and interpersonal skill required.
- Strong general office software skills required for Microsoft Office package – Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
- AutoCAD 2D drafting working knowledge required.
- Korean and Spanish languages in written and oral form is a plus but not mandatory for day to day duties
