Responsibilities
Track labor hours and manage production schedules.
Oversee process improvement initiatives.
Manage personnel attendance, productivity, and maintain a positive workplace culture.
Essential Skills
5+ years of experience managing a machining operation.
5+ years of experience in machining and working with GD&T.
Experience in medical, defense, or prototype work environments.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in CNC, production planning/scheduling, and operations management.

Work Environment
The company operates two shifts: 5:30 am to 4:00 pm and 4:00 pm to 2:00 am. The Machining Manager will work during the day hours. The work environment fosters innovation and teamwork, utilizing advanced machining technologies to deliver exceptional results.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $100000.00/yr.
