We are looking for a Senior Analyst - Product Costing & Margin Analytics to serve as the financial expert for a specific substrate family (paper, plastic, foam, etc.). In this role, you will provide accurate, transparent costing and actionable insights that empower smarter pricing, product development, and operational decisions.
Key Responsibilities & Results
Develop and maintain detailed cost models for assigned substrates and production processes.
Provide costing support for RFQs, new product development initiatives, and business case evaluations.
Partner with operations, procurement, and engineering to validate assumptions and uncover savings opportunities.
Highlight cost and margin risks and opportunities to business and finance leadership.
Support standardization of cost methodologies and ensure consistent reporting across business units.
What We're Looking For
Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Engineering with 3-7 years in product costing, plant finance, or FP&A, preferably in a manufacturing setting. An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel-based cost modeling; experience with SAP.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of standard costing, bill of materials, and manufacturing cost flows.
