Location: Remote role - but preferred locations Pleasanton, CA followed by Austin, Nashville or within FL. Other locations in the US may be considered but need to be able to work west coast hours (8:30/9:15am to 5:00/5:45 pm PST/PDT (based on DST)).

The Oracle Customer Success Services (CSS) Analytics team is responsible for developing, implementing, optimizing & supporting (technical and functional) Analytics solutions for our customers. We are calling all technical experts with deep experience in implementing and supporting 24x7 with Oracle FAIDP(FAW/FDI)/OAC/BIApps/OAS/ODI/OCI-DI & other OCI-based Analytics solutions, along with integrating with Fusion Apps (HCM/SCM/ERP).
As a Principal Analyst on this team, you will be a key technical member in the Analytics space, working with Oracle's leading Analytics Cloud products. You will contribute to the architecture, design, and development of complex Analytics solutions, requiring strong development, technical, and communication skills. You will manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. Additionally, you will take an active role in defining and evolving standard practices and procedures within the software engineering division, leveraging your advanced technical and business skills to contribute as a leading individual and team member, providing direction and mentoring to others.
Responsibilities
About You :
You have extensive experience in designing and delivering Analytics solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Analytics Server and Fusion Data Intelligence (FAIDP)
You have extensive experience in designing and delivering Data Integration solutions using Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and OCI Data Integration (OCI-DI)
You have extensive experience in integrating SaaS applications (Fusion Apps - HCM, SCM, ERP) with Analytics solutions.
You have extensive experience in both technical and functional areas with Analytics.
You are an experienced software architect with a consistent track record of designing and delivering high-scale, high-impact solutions
You are obsessed with the customer, always exceeding expectations
You have excellent communication skills. You can clearly explain and articulate complex technical concepts
You are a focused engineer who understands the importance of high standards, never satisfied with mediocrity and constantly striving for excellence
You are comfortable with ambiguity in a chaotic and fluid environment
You are passionate about technology and are not afraid to defend your opinions or position with peers/superiors
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years in software development or related field
10+ years of experience delivering Analytics solutions
Hands-on experience developing at least one full lifecycle project using OAS, OAC, FAIDP
Expertise in integrating SaaS applications and on-premises application software using the FAIDP - ( FAW - FDI - FADP)
Proficiency in Data Warehousing and Data Modeling
Strong understanding and experience with Data Integration using the Oracle tools such as ODI and OCI-DI
Proficiency in Technical and Functional aspects of the Analytics setup.
Proficiency in at least two of Oracle's four broad areas of offerings: infrastructure, database, middleware, and analytics
BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to the functional area
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on experience in DevOps tools, end-to-end integration solutions, and implementation of FAIDP, OAC, ODI, OCI-DI
Implementation experience with Fusion Data Intelligence and administration/tuning experience with Oracle Analytics Cloud and Oracle Data Integrator
Experience working with internal customers and translating requests into prioritized work or features

US: Hiring Range in USD from $41.83 to $85.63 per hour; from: $87,000 to $178,100 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
