Description
We are seeking a reliable and organized Bookkeeper to join a growing finance team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys maintaining accurate financial records, managing transactions, and supporting overall accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Record and reconcile financial transactions including invoices, receipts, and payments
Maintain and update general ledger accounts
Reconcile bank and credit card statements on a regular basis
Prepare financial reports to support management decisions
Assist with month-end close and year-end reporting
Support AP and AR functions as needed
Ensure adherence to accounting policies and standards
Requirements
Qualifications:
1-3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
Proficient in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, NetSuite, etc.)
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and problem-solving ability
Able to work independently and collaboratively
