Job Description
Join our dynamic maintenance team as a Maintenance Technician
You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of production facilities
This position involves working with both the molding and assembly sides of the plant, equipped with advanced technologies and robotics
Job Responsibilities
Perform mechanical troubleshooting and repair on plastic injection molding machines, including thermolators, water systems, and piping
Conduct electrical troubleshooting, including tracking and tracing, control panel diagnostics for 240V & 480V, and reading electrical drawings
Utilize computer systems to learn and apply preventive maintenance programs
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Engage in preventive maintenance, schematic reading, and blueprint analysis
Conduct PLC troubleshooting and collaborate with the Controls Engineer when necessary
Participate in welding, electrical troubleshooting, maintenance repair, and fabrication tasks
Utilize industrial maintenance techniques to ensure efficient production processes
Essential Skills
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience troubleshooting mechanical systems on plastic injection machines
Proficiency in diagnosing issues with resin flow systems, thermolators, and water systems
Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical circuits using voltmeters and read electrical drawings
Comfortable with learning and utilizing preventive maintenance programs on computers

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $70720.00/yr.
