Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Maintenance Technicians are tasked with addressing mechanical, hydraulic/pneumatic, and electrical repairs
They will manage tasks such as fixing hydraulic weld-test presses, repairing electronic resistance weld (ERW) roller lines, replacing coolant lines, and changing conveyor belts
Job Responsibilities
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, including fixing conveyors and building gearboxes and spindles
Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems, including understanding and relaying ladder logic, without the need for programming
Work on hydraulic and pneumatic systems, including pumps, cylinders, and various types of valves
Conduct industrial electrical troubleshooting, focusing on solenoids, valves, and 480v, 3-phase motor systems
Utilize PLC experience for input/output swaps and troubleshooting
Perform welding and general maintenance repairs
Read blueprints and use meters for diagnostics and repairs
Essential Skills
Electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic expertise
PLC troubleshooting and industrial electrical troubleshooting experience, specifically with solenoids and valves
Proficiency in working with 480v, 3-phase motors
Industrial mechanical experience, particularly with gearboxes and bearings
Welding, repair, and fabrication skills
Preventive maintenance and service expertise

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $68016.00 - $71136.00/yr.
