Job Title: Shipping Supervisor
Job Description
Join a Manufacturing facility where you will play a pivotal role in the Shipping & Receiving department
As a Shipping Supervisor, you will oversee the entire outbound shipment process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant delivery of goods
This involves preparing documents, scheduling carriers, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues
Your role is crucial in liaising with customers and internal teams to maintain seamless operations
Job Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate outbound shipment processes
Prepare necessary documents such as packing lists, customs forms, and ASNs
Schedule and manage carrier pickups and deliveries
Oversee packaging and labeling processes
Manage shipping software and handle invoices
Maintain accurate shipping records
Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams
Ensure regulatory compliance in all shipping activities
Coordinate all shipments within the department
Essential Skills
Experience with PLEX software within last 5 years
Experience in coordinating scheduling pickups and managing carriers in a shipping & receiving environment
Proven track record of overseeing a shipping department in an automotive setting
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

This is a Permanent position based out of Warren, MI.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
Working thru new benefits package and working with the US to match the market Starting from the ground up; would help get to make the plant what it is. They just launched their 2nd shift; would eventually launch 3rd shift by Q4 / Q1 2025
