Overview and Responsibilities
Summary
We are seeking a dedicatedLocation Sales Manager.Responsible for dual marketing/operational role to promote location growth and profitability; managing daily operations, communicating company's philosophy and objectives to location staff; and marketing core services and products to ensure that the referral source receives the highest quality service.

Achieve referral accounts, growth targets, and revenue/market share goals
Oversee financial and operational performance of the location
Ensure staff competencies are met before independent work
Update Active Referral Account reports monthly and market analysis semi-annually
Role split: 50-70% operations, 30-50% sales
Develop strategic plan to maintain/increase market share based on geography and demographics
Maintain knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, insurance regulations, FDA/DOT, and JCAHO guidelines
Stay updated on company products, services, and applicable regulations
Hire and interview staff with senior management approval, focusing on qualified candidates
Maintain referral account records
Manage billing and ensure timely documentation for reimbursements (e.g., CMNs, assignments)
Oversee inventory levels and monitor company assets
Execute growth plan to meet or exceed budgeted goals
Responsible for branch profit and loss
Conduct morning meetings and track action items regularly
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications

Required Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GEDequivalent
State-Specific Requirements:
Florida: Must have two years of experience in business management or a college degree in business or a healthcare-related field
North Carolina: Must hold a Bachelor's degree in health science, business administration, or a related field, plus at least one year of documented supervisory or management experience in home care or related health programs
Wyoming: Must have a minimum of two years of full-time managerial or supervisory experience in a pharmacy or wholesale distributorPreferred Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degreein Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
(or equivalent experience in HME, home health, or healthcare operations)
Experience withmedical equipment,respiratory therapy, orDME services
Familiarity withmedical billing,insurance reimbursement, andregulatory compliance
Background inhealthcare administrationormedical record management
At leastfour years of related work experience
Working knowledge ofmedical terminologySkills and Competencies
Strong attention to detail and ability tomulti-taskeffectively
Excellentverbal and written communicationskills in English
Ability to interpret and respond to various forms of communication (verbal, written, visual)
Maintainconfidentialityand handle sensitive information with discretion
Demonstratedproblem-solving,time management, andorganizationalskills
Capable of workingindependently and collaboratively within a teamTechnical Proficiency
Proficient inMicrosoft Office(Outlook, Word, Excel)
