GENERAL PURPOSE: Provides stock and die support for the Carton Department.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
\u2022 Builds die cassettes
\u2022 Washes pans and other press tools
\u2022 Empties trash
\u2022 Cycles waste gaylords
\u2022 Operates motorized lifts
\u2022 Supplies carton presses with board stock
\u2022 Maintains supplies for presses (i.e., rags, solvents, etc.)
\u2022 Work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures
\u2022 Performs other job duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
\u2022 Preferred high school diploma or G.E.D.
\u2022 Preferred six months\u2019 work experience.
\u2022 Must be able to read and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
\u2022 Must have ability to obtain Level 2 fork truck license, but doesn\u2019t have to have a license already.
\u2022 Must be able to perform basic arithmetic including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
\u2022 Must be able to maintain good attendance.
\u2022 Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
\u2022 Must be able to perform all essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation.
